Comment: I will start off by saying that I had never played Resistance before I got this game, I had never even seen gameplay. My friends raved about it and I figured I would take the risk and get it.
This is now my favorite game, it just has an excellent feel. The level design is very well done, and the AI is great. I never feel like I am really doing the same thing over again, each level is quite unique. There is a very good amount of weapons to choose from and each has its own very useful alternate ability. As for controls and movement, they are just fine, no complaints. The duck and cover system makes RS Vegas' look like garbage. This is a game that is very fluid, and the graphics are wonderful. It is very long too, I have been playing for a few days and I am not quite finished yet.
I kinda fell in love with this game, and I haven't even tapped into multiplayer.

Comment: I'm not much of a gamer but I like to play the PSP when I'm watching TV. I bought this game because of all of the reviews and without a doubt it was the best game I've ever played. It was real hard and took me forever to finish. It had a tons of levels and they were all challenging. It's a great game and it was totally worth the money.

Comment: Playing it with a PS3 controller is a great ability and one that should be utilized.
It's an FPS on PSP, so know going in that aiming using the 4 face buttons to aim up, down, left, or right takes quite a while to get used to. To combat this, you have auto-aim when non-ironsighted, which is nice. The autoaim is pretty good, and online play is surprisingly decent. The story is pretty good for what it's worth, although I was never all that blown away with the PS3 Resistance games' stories either.
All in all, it's a good game to have if you have a PSP that's collecting dust somewhere, especially considering its going rate these days. Weapon selection is close to what it is on the PS3 games.
