Summary: An Epic Masterpiece
Comment: The first thing that I realized with this game is that it has a certain calmness to it. Your character is able to ride a horse across open plains, through dark forests, and lands that are simply amazing and brilliant. This makes the game very relaxing as you are able to admire the breathtaking scenery along your path. The visual effects for this only being a PS2 game are phenomenal.

The environment that the game designers have created is simply amazing. Virtually every place that you see you can go and this makes the game a lot of fun. I found myself wasting more time just riding the horse around rather than seeking the path towards these unearthly creatures. The game also has extras that provide more replay value as well. All in all this game is different in a great way and what I consider to be a landmark. I have played many games and this one is unique and definitely a keeper.

I would recommend this game to everyone!

Summary: A Fantastic Buy, If you're the right person
Comment: This game is stunning. Every thing about it has been fine tuned to perfection. The graphics are incredible, the gameplay is amazing. After you kill a Colossus its like you just beat an entire game. Watching it fall to it's knees its just incredible. However, if you come from a background of halo and call of duty, this may not be for you. It's not frantic and fast paced. There are no weapon upgrades, online play, stealing cars, or any of that. Its just open landscape and gigantic monsters. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Loved it, but the ending was an issue

This game was AMAZING. I have one real issue with it- I wanted to buy the soundtrack because that is the only way to listen to the music. There is a massive amount of travel in this game- WITHOUT MUSIC. The superb music is only during boss fights.

This game pulled me in so well that when the game ended the way it did, I bawled for three hours straight. So I will warn anyone who is very sensitive (I have autism) to be prepared for the ending. It was actually horrible and the baby in the end did NOT make it better.

Summary: Best Game I have ever played!
Comment: Amazing quality, amazing music beautiful story. I love the action and the fact that this is not the easiest game to win.
I have played and finished this game for 4 times already, and it is the reason I am having a difficulty selling my PS2, although I already bought a PS3... Considering keeping my PS2 just so I could play Shadow of the Colossus more and more. It is THAT good!!!!
